Help - How to remove front bumper ?

I want to work on my 2004 Yaris TS and i need to take the front bumper off...
can someone share photos or a video how to take it off propertly ?

the first part of my fog light video around the :51 mark should help ya out....I don't take it off all the way but you should be able to take it from there..
