Boost Gauge on door

I recently installed a Depo 60mm gauge (boost,oil press, oil temp and volts) on my door.

It has two colors red when lights are on and white when lights are off.

Yes I had it custom made in a local shop.

I am sure they can, but its based on the OEM plastic cover of the door, so I dont think that toyota sells them for cheap. I could ask though, how many are you asking for?
