I think about the best you could do at this point would be to make (or have made) a one-off. I posted a measured drawing of the intake flange that (I think) was the basis for the Tooter spacer, as well as the Tooter manifold. If you want CAD data, I can probably provide that as well.

I may be willing to sell mine. Was thinking of taking it off when i fab the turbo system up

@ CrankyOldMan - do you think you could design an adapter to bolt a stock 4 bolt TB to an 07 scion xb intake manifold? Any thoughts on a 3D print in abs, I'm not using forced air.

Please correct me if I'm wrong but in 07 the xB came with the 1nz but a different TB. I can find manifolds for the xB but having trouble finding one for a yaris.
I know it's only a handful of HP if any.

I believe the 1NZ-FE was only in the 2004-2006 xB.

@ NYC-SE thank you for the correction. I've seen xb manifolds with three bolts but when I looked at the 06 it has 4 like the yaris TB. Has anyone tried one for fit to a stock TB or one off a Corolla 1/2 ZZ? I'm just guessing that I'm not the first to think of this but I haven't seen anyone say if they tried it.

Many 1ZZ throttle body swaps have been done. Search it out!

As for 2ZZ, I believe the issue is the need to convert from drive-by-wire to throttle cable setup.

Possibly, but I'd need accurate dimensions from the xB components.

I would avoid a 3D printed adapter, unless you're having it made by someone that specializes in functional components. I've seen too many projects where someone used an inexpensive printer, didn't understand how to setup the parameters, and got a result that mechanically failed in short order. If you're just testing fit and dimensions, I think you'd be OK, but for actual use you'd want something machined from a solid block. The mating surfaces have to be solid enough to seal with a gasket, otherwise you'll have AFR issues and rough idle.
