Hi All,

I'm doing a bit of a project with a 2007 Yaris Power Steering ECU. Toyota part 89650-52061 (JTEKT 991-26801)

I believe this EPS ECU comes from a Yaris with ABS as it does not have a Vehicle speed signal wire connection.

I have been successful in hooking up the ECU to a micro controller and can read the torque signal from steering the column left and right which is sent from the EPS ECU on CAN ID 0x260. Which uses the last three bytes of data for the torque and a checksum on the last byte.

I have not been able to get the assist to work as yet because I do not have a 2007 Yaris with ABS that is running to sniff.

I am looking for a bit of help from anyone who may have such a car or that kind of data.

I am seeking the Can ID / a dump of the frame for the Engine Revolution Signal from the ECM, and the vehicle speed signal CAN ID / dump of frame from the Skid Control ECU.

I've tried sending a few random Toyota CAN ID's that can be found on the internet but they don't seem to work.

If anyone has any useful information it would be highly appreciated.

Cheers

Clay
