My car problem looks very easy. when i tern the key on accessories, check engine light and glow plugs light don't come on and the car wont start( cranking but no starting). All the other lights come on every time i turn the key. If i keep turning the key back and forward check engine and glow plugs lights come on and the car starts very easy and runs perfectly. When is hot outside it can take 10-15 minutes of turning the key before check engine light comes on.Does anyone else encountered this problem before? Toyota tech couldn't find what is wrong with it .

Sounds like it might be the ignition switch itself.

How can i check if the ignition switch is faulty? As i mentioned before all the other lights come on except the two lights.

I see 5 wires coming to my ignition switch white, black, grey, pink and green. How am i supposed to check the contacts?

Black - 12 V when key in start position
Pink - 12 V in on position
Green - 12 V in on position
White - 12 in on position

Thank you I will check it over the weekend. Anyway something is weird. Once i manage to start the car everything is perfect. When I stop the car and i turn the key off and i try to restart it right away( in few seconds after i turn the key off) the car starts the first try and i can restart it as many times i want without any miss but if i let the car sitting like 30 sec after i turn the key off i get the error check engine light and glow plug do not show up. Hopefully is not the ECU dying slowly.

With that behavior, It could also be the engine immobilizer having trouble reading the key.

it is not the immobilizer. I did removed the key chip and i got the same symptoms. At some point i can get all the dash lights.I am in process of removing the ecu and re soldering all the contacts of the main board going to the socket. It looks like some of the contacts are loose. Monday i will do the job to see if it makes any difference.
Thank you for your help hopefully i will find out the problem.

Update to my previews post. All the ecu's contacts has been re soldered nothing has changed. I will keep updating as soon as i get a diagnostic. Toyota dealer service manager called me and they want my car back in service. They said it is a challenge for them and they wanna find out what is wrong with my car. They called me after i made a call to Toyota main office asking for e good Electrician anywhere around my city other then the one i visited yet. Hopefully they will be able to find out what is wrong this time.

I was waiting for Toyota to call me back in service. They never did. In the meantime i got an used ECU. All the dash light come on the first time i turn the key but i can not start the car.Cranks but not start. I have to match the new( scrapped) ecu to my key so i have to visit Toyota dealer to get this job done unless i can find a DIY way to match the new ecu to my keys. There is a clip on youtube showing how to do this match for lexus and toyotas by shorting pin no.4 and no.13 on the OBD2 diagnose connector but i do not know if this hack works on europe's cars like d4d engines.

Problem solved. Bad ECU replaced with a scrapped one. The matching has been done following this procedure https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QocuEYNE6KM. Everything is working good the only problem is my fuel consumption is different on this ECU then mine. Mine was very low on fuel this is like 1 liter/100km up but other then that everything is working perfect and toyota dealer can "sack" it.

It looks like the fuel relay is embodied into the ecu and that one could be the culprit. I want to open the old Ecu and see if I can fix it and helping, for a cheaper fix, all the people having this problem with Bosch ECU. It looks like Bosch ECU sucks according to the scrap yard people who told me that there is lots of problems with this device. Good to know.
