Honda civic turbo diesel.

I didn't realize there was one until recently it was released in 2013 . What do you peeps think of a diesel Civic?

I mean wow turbo diesel is better on a hatch than SUV's. I wish i could trade my KIA SPORTAGE for one right now.

My dad recently got a brand new Civic Touring sedan with a 1.5L turbo engine, and man is it a blast! 170+ hp from the factory! I think that's gotta be the most powerfull production 1.5L engine made to date.

...but a diesel! Wow! :drool: That's something on a totally new level!!

D-TEC 1.6 ltr turbo diesel it was apparently released back in 2013 in Australia. I didn't know either. I know Hyundai and Mazda have turbo diesel power plant in the i30 and Mazda 3.So Honda had to come out with one as well. It's getting exciting.


My next car would probably be a Toyota Caldina Turbo or Honda Civic Turbo Diesel in a few years time.:eyebulge:

I was told the turbocharger is built into the head. I don't know if this is fact though...
