Unless you want a lot of hassles from thenboys in blue, don't bother with a HID conversion here in Australia. It's only legal if HID lits were originally an option that could be fiited to the vehicle. HID lights are also required to be fitted with a self levelling system and washers for the lenses.

If you are looking for better lighting at night, get a set of Philips Extreme Vision headlight globes. My 2012 Yaris lights up the road with these better than the standard lights on my 2014 Aurion.
