I think you should start by answering why you would want them. Do you want to see better on the road? Do you want to chance the color of the lights? Are you doing a lot of night time driving? etc...
Many people that have tried LED bulbs have gone back to halogen, because it didn't fit their needs.
If you do decide you want to upgrade to LED headlights, do a bit of research first. There are a few threads on this site about them with lots of information. Also, this thread I find is also very useful.

I'd agree with the HIDs. I actually tried those LEDs (or something that looked very similar) claimed they had Cree LEDs in them but who knows. They were very bright on low beam, I'll give them that and the beam pattern naturally was better than some cheap HIDs I'd also tried but the high beam wasn't all that and unfortunately one of them failed within about 6 months. Now I am currently back to my Philips Halogen bulbs while I have my headlights retrofit with projectors. Should have done that in the first place really...
Hope this helps!

Looks like they need a lot of heatsink surface and even its own fan, I will be concerned about the what will happen if they overheat.I know the advantages of LED vs traditional, but seems like a lot of hassle involved.
I personally prefer solutions from Philips, Osram, GE, Bosch, etc depending of your needs there are products that simply replacing your bulbs gives you better visibility over the OEM ones.

I looked into this extensively for my 4x4. Everyone I know that has had these aftermarket conversions (e.g. bulbs w/stock housings) have said they weren't happy with them. Overall performance isn't great.
