Does anyone know how to remove the rear wiper arm from the motor on the rear hatch? I have a 2014 LE and it seems to be stuck on there. I took the 10mm nut off but the arm seems to be still held onto the motor by something. I'm removing it for aesthetic purposes. I found a plug that goes in the place of the wiper.

Your help is greatly appreciated.

You should be able to wiggle the wiper blade off; just gently pull and wiggle and the blade should pop right off.

- Remove the inner plastic trim from the trunk. In my 2007, I just gently went around the edge with a screwdriver and popped the plastic clips off. They are not visible so pry gently.

- There is a plug you'll have to unplug as well. It should be the type you pinch to unlock.

- Remove the wiper motor, should be 3-4 bolts tops.

- Slap everything together, install your plug, and you're good to go.

yeah, there isn't anything else holding the arm to the motor. Just corrosion.

I used a small gear puller tool to remove it. It's the only way to do it without denting shit.

you can take the arm off with a caulking gun, hook the front circle around the arm and squeeze the trigger until the plate pushes against the stud, boom, pops right off no damage. all hail macgyver.
