Rust Spots

Can anyone suggest any rust spots treatment its less than 2mm.

I have been advised to use hammerite or Jentolite and then spray touch up post cleaning.

would appreciate any suggestions.

Personally, I prefer to remove all rust mechanically, not chemically. Sandblasting, fill in the low spots, prep and paint.
