Connecting underbody and interior floor led's

I had LED Glow's slimline underbody lights and their interior floor lights. They both run off of a switch, I was curious if anyone could help show me how to connect them all to run off 1 switch. They are both powered by separate add a circuits, the under body's at 15 and the interiors say no more than 10.

I'm not sure how you got that but no. I have underbody lights connected to an add a circuit with a 15 amp fuse and interior led's with an add a circuit on a 10 amp fuse. They both have individual on switches but I want them to run off 1 switch is possible
