2008 Yaris ac system

Hey guy, last week i have made at dealership a decontamination of the ac system and refill , the ac have worked 15 minute and now it's blow again hot air :confused:, i have call the stealership but it's charge me max 2 hour to make a new diagnostic wich it's 275 $ cad , do you have any idea what the problem can be ?

Last week he have make the refill and check for leak, i got no leak. :iono:

Make them accept the cost, as the job you paid them for didn't work for long.

on a 2008 yr old model maybe the condenser is really dirty, check that. Does your engines electric fan come on when you turn the A/C on ?
You can't have cold A/C if the condenser is not getting air flow through it.
You know how to read/use manifold gauges? hook those up and see what the low and high pressures are before and after you turn on the A/C.

with A/C off both low and high pressures should be equalize and should be around 90-100 psi. when the A/c is turned on the low comes down to about 30-40 psi and the high go's to about 150-175psi. depending on ambient temperature.
