Clutch/flywheel measurements

Hello. I am in the process of using a 1nzfe in my non Toyota car and I was hoping some of you could help me with a few measurements.

I am currently waiting for pieces to show up but would like to start plotting out some of the changes I need to make.

I will be using a 2nzfe clutch and would like measurements of:

Disc diameter
Pressure plate outer most diameter
Pressure plate mounting hole diameter

Any and all help would be appreciated. Thank you.
