Yaris Squeaking/Rattle from back of engine

I have a squeak coming from the back of the engine. It gradually gotten worse before it would only do it in gear. Now it does it in neutral or park. It's kinda of a rattle squeak noise. It does it when it's running. But after driving it makes a creak noise when getting out. If you rock the car back and forth you can hear it really bad. What do you guys think it is? Probably the exhaust gasket between the manifold and mid-pipe. It flexes every time the engine moves.

I changed it out and I have a similar squeak. Not as bad as it used to be. I used a Walker Exhaust Gasket and bolt kit. Could this be the issue? I'm thinking it could be the exhaust manifold cover.

I changed the front & rear gaskets, bolts and springs with OEM and now it's gone. Aftermarket parts do not fit properly. I listed the part numbers for the gaskets, bolts and springs.

2 - 90109-A0013 Rear Bolts
