If my car sits for more than 3 days the battery is flat as a board. I suspect its the dealer installed Toyota accessory anti theft system. As an experiment i want to cut off the power supply to the unit, hopefully without freaking it out. Anybody know which fuse it gets juice from? Thanks!

A much simpler way to determine a parasitic load is to hook an amp meter in series with the negative battery terminal. Pull fuses one by one until the load drops off. Then you simply need to find what's on that circuit.

Not sure what the dealers would use, but most aftermarket immobilizers just have a pair of fuses inline to the unit. Probably under the driver's side dash, above the pedals. And yeah, aftermarket electronics are the first place to be looking for draws. Aftermarket alarms, amps, stereos etc are much more likely to draw than OE stuff. As mentioned, using a meter to diagnose is faster.
Cheers.
