Jimze supercharger

Hi all. Av recently done a swapped from 2nz to a 1nz-fe with a bolt-on Jimze supercharger.

Question: should I get boost however minimal without a piggyback?
Does anyone have any info on the manufacturer ?
Does it whine much like the blitz? Mine isn't loud. (suspect it ain't working but the suction is the when I detach the intake.

Hey again,
Further to my PM, and just so we're clear. You must NOT run ANY boost without complete proper engine/fuel management including a proper tune with a wideband and an experience tuner.
Doing so WILL DAMAGE OR LIKELY DESTROY YOUR ENGINE! Not maybe .. it'll happen.

As for a whine, the Jimze kit will definitely whine, but it does need to be compressing air to really do so. Also a cold air intake like this K&N one which I used (http://www.ebay.com/itm/K-N-03-07-SCION-XA-99-00-TOYOTA-YARIS-Polished-Cold-Air-Intake-Kit-System-/160673326606?hash=item2568e0660e:m:mJIr5M9S-bA2Smfq79P3r1g&vxp=mtr) is essentials.

My Blitz doesnt whine lous at all, that being said I didnt have any engine managment so it ran like sht. Its getting the E-Manage Ultimate setup now, so hoping that will sort that

Get a cold air intake kit with a stainless pipe. It lets more cold air in, but it also lets more supercharged whine out.
Couldn't hear my supercharger at all with the stock intake.

Wow...fitted my top fuel 1000 induction kit...with K&N...the whine it makes now is awesome
