View Full Version : Fuel System Upgrade (Return line & Walbro 255)

Most people know that our stock fuel system isn't capable of supporting a high horsepower build (let alone the engine).

I recently upgraded a few things to help overcome this issue. These vids that I made might give you an idea on how to replace/upgrade a fuel pump, run a return line and wire a relay. I think the pump assembly changes after the ncp10/13 chassis (which these videos are specific to) but they still might be of use to the later models.

Thanks for the share especially with it being video. We have had a bunch of threads on fuel system upgrades. I have an Aeromotive FP, Aeromotive FPR, and braided lines for both the feed as well as the return. These are paired to a Golden Eagle fuel rail and Injector Dynamics ID1000s.

It is. He does land speed record events, currently holds a few titles in class at ~155 mph in the standing 1.5 mile. ;)
