touchscreen noise

Does anyone else here with a 2015 or 2016's touchscreen make a lot of noise even when it is off? I notice there is some kind of buzz when it is off and remains on a couple of seconds after I turn the car off. Is this normal?

I hear the noise from the head-unit for a bit when I first turn off the car. I assume it is a fan of some sort, since the touchscreen radio is essentially a computer, and probably generates some heat just like a laptop/desktop system. The PSU fan in my desktop does the same thing, in that it keeps its fan running for 10-15 seconds after I turn off the computer, to help expel residual heat from the unit.

Radio unit has built in cooler fan on it's right side. It remains on for some time after the ignition has been turned to off.

thank you for the responses. I only hear it after turning the car off and sometimes when the volume is low.
A fan makes sense to me to keep it cool.
