exhaust look fat too...
car looks like on its rally mode... but i like it...
the whole black theme looks nice too...
just one question regarding taking back seat and things off...
i've seen yaris to be about 60/40 weight distribution...
if you take off rear seat etc, isn't the weight distribution will be more like 80/20...???

WOW :eek: . You've got yourself a really nice ride there man. Wish mine was black now. Im still thinking of putting Black rims on it though, Im getting the Meteorite metallic color which is the silverish one. Def. need to lower it. What muffler do you got on her?

SNAKE, Congratulations on having the best Yaris ive seen to date. SIMPLE, No BS, And it looks OH SO HOT. ;)

With the backseat out, has all soundproofing disappeared? I know with the boot out in my Echo, the interior noise is shocking - since i dirve a lot of kms to and from work the back seat is now back in. I suppose if you are serious about keeping it light, then its a small sacrifice to pay :)

Plans: going to probably keep this as a regular commuter car, have 2 other cars to race around in, need the good gas mileage to drive to the city everyday but you never know whats in store

Muffler is a borla muffler

tachometer is just a simple tach off ebay nothin special

wheels are 15's

car is a lot louder with no back seats, this is true in any car
but it doesnt really help that the exhaust is already loud, just makes it more annoying to drive with

if you guys buy tires stick with 215 and under, these 225's are just too wide for the car but I had them around so I didnt want to go out and buy tires

Phwaor. ... 225's!! I was gonna say they looked like 215s, cos thats about as wide as i can go on my echo, optimum choice is only 195s! I assume they are 15x7s?

Look great, glad I wasn't the only one yanking the rear seats. Less weight = better MPG :D.

There are tons of places that sell the grey interior carpeting. I am just going to put some in to help with noise. ( well when I get the dang thing, still waiting for the dang truck to drop it off )

by the way I dropped the car with some springs for the time being last week
the car looks nice now
only thing is i need to swap the tires, 225 is too wide for a lowered yaris so you guys know, 215 max in the rear or you will be rubbing on the bumps
im going with 205/55/15's all around

Lower it and debadge it.....I'm not really a fan of the all black on such a small car (Ipersonally like to be seen), but it looks nice for the look you are going for. Good job, and I love watching people make their car unique and to their individual taste. Good job

I'm in the same boat. I won't go with anything except a fully designed coilover system that has CORRECTED geometry for being lowered..

Snake, is your car the BLACK SAND PEARL, or is it a different black? i'm guessing you've got a USDM Yaris, but i didn't want to assume. Very nice car, black is hawtness, and you got plenty of it :thumbsup:
