the best way i can describe it is under de manifold there is some type of line i guess thats where the bottom of the engine connects to the upper part well basically all around there you can see oil coming out very little but is there and it looks fresh i took pics but i cant upload them

That's a head gasket leak. Unless it gets any worse don't worry too much about it.

i tought this car was supposed to be bullet proof, is this normal for this car what could of possible caused this? my radiator cap isnt milky or anything like that and the car runs fine
I have noticed on one of my 1nzfe that an oil leak at the timing chain cover spreads and looks like a head gasket leak but I also see some oil run down onto the crank sensor.

As long as there's no oil in the coolant and no coolant in the oil it isn't leaking very bad. I doubt you even notice any level change on the dipstick.
If you're really concerned about it wash it off and see how long it takes to return. It could just be seepage over the entire course of the cars life.

Thanks for the replies is seeping from the timing cover also next to the little square piece part of the block it tends to get stained from the oil there I find it hard to believe that the head gasket is seeping too, I will be adding oil leak dye to see exactly where is coming from.
I texted the previous owner and he mentioned is been seeping since 90000 miles it has 155000 now

Chances are it is just wicking across from the timing cover. It is a known leak point.
