Help!! Yaris 2004 steering wheel controls

Hi new on here so if i do somthing wrong please let me no anyhow i have a 2004 1.3vvti toyota yaris and have decided to replace the stereo brought a harness off ebay witb steering wheel controls to find the connection dont fit the steering wheel harness connetion. Iv have been told i have got to hard wire it my main question is does any one have any ideas on how to either hard wire it in or where to get the new harnsess with the correct plug on it

The middle plug is the problem one also im sorry if i have posted this twice i didnt show up as posted on my screen
