Replace Bank 1 Sensor 2

I am newbie to this website-

Need a little help-

Got message from computer system on my scanner P140
Message 02 Sensor CKT no activity- (Bank 1 Sensor 2)

How do I replace this sensor / plus where to find location on car.

Any help appreciated .
