Bluetooth for the stock stereo in a 2009?

Want to get rid of the aux cable and be able to pair my phone for music but don't want to add an aftermarket head unit. I saw a Bluetooth adapter in the accessory section of partznet but it indicated it was for phone calls and there was a separate model for audio/video?
