W13801 and Aux

I'm struggling to find any information on adding aux input to the W13801 radio (pictured below):

I am aware of the various interfaces that connect to the CD changer port:

However, a few of these say that they are not compatible with the W13081 radio (which is either a typo on W13801 or a different radio). Surely, it should work just fine since the W13801 does have a cd changer port:

Has anyone had experience working with this radio?

I think W13081 is mistake nowhere have such radio. My radio on yaris also is Fujitsu ten factory w13801. I will buy different 2 din for my car. Now Xtrons hawe good android 8.0 2din: 4GB RAM, 32 GB ROM, PX5 processor .....
