Figured this was a good spot to post.
I just want a half decent muffler that will bolt on like this one.
(Tanabe Medalion Touring Exhaust )
Is this a wise choice or should I just keep stock muffler pipe.
I do want a bit of a tone to my exhaust but not loud and annoying to me and others.
Appreciate any and all opinions and or alternative sugestions.

I did quite a bit of research but just wanted the reassurance I suppose.
I was comparing the medallion to this

Great price either way if US citizen.
Exchange and ship is going to kill me.
But then again close to $400.00 or more is reasonable for a quality nice sounding exhaust I suppose.
Redline360 is working on aship quote.
They responded within 5 mins to my original message.Thats a good start. They have been recommended around the forums.

DC sports is not well made anymore. They were top quality back in the day...Pilot bought them and its all low quality stuff now.
Stick with the Tanabe.

I think so aswell from reading around.
Tanabe seems to be very well respected.
What surprises me is that Tanabe is not available from within in Canada.
They could have a fairly large market here.

Got ship quote.
$438.00 CAD with ship for the medallion.
Just curious how long I can expect this muffler to last?

Forever if you do what I do. When I perform my winter tire swap, I also remove my Medalion and put the stock pumpkin back in. Spring time swap, Medalion goes back on.
Your a couple weeks late in coming to the table. You could have had one that was being resold here in Canada for half your quoted price.

it is full stainless steel. if you rinse it off once in a wile and live in a salty area, I bet it would last for +6 years....
