Hello all,
I have a 1NR-FE, and had a question about how to do an oil feed from an oil sandwich. My question is, since we don't have a cartridge filter, can anybody point me to a sandwich adapter that will work with the 1NR-FE housing? Thank you for your time!

You sure you don't have the cartridge style oil filter? The 1NZ uses a 'spin-on' style making the typical oil sandwich kits easy to use. From what I've read, the 1NR does use cartridge style and not the spin on type.
Did a 'quick' search on-line and found out Toyota started using the cartridge style filter in the Rav4 in 2013. After searching for an oil relocation kit, I came up with this lil guy...
Hayden Oil relocation kit - Part: 291

May not be exact but it might help you get started in the right direction. Try searching for other Toyota vehicles that use the cartridge style oil filter and you'll prob find what your looking for.

Now the 1NR isn't listed but now you know that once you convert to a spin style oil filter, the sandwich kits will be easier to setup.
