I do not live in the United States of America but I am want to offer my Blitz Supercharger kit to this forum for $900 (edited $700) USD. I already received quotes for shipping it from Trinidad and Tobago to USA at $110 USD with a 3-4 day delivery time. It has a weight of about 40 lbs. I can use DHL, FedEx or any other national / international freight company of the buyers preference but do expect the shipping cost to increase as these companies are more expensive than my local company (TTPost).

Everything is included for you to bolt this to your vehicle. The kit does not include the throttle activation switch nor the relay (I believe that is what it is called). I was using a Greddy Emanage Blue Piggyback ecu for tuning.

I removed the Supercharger as I was planning to sell the vehicle. Plans have changed and I will be using this money for my turbo build.

I believe I can accept PayPal although I have never received a payment using this method. We will test this but there are other ways I am sure I can collect the payment. We can work this out. I have had many successful transactions on this site in the past.

Pic1: The kit packaged. Note the alternator bracket
Pic2: A superficial crack on the intake manifold runner. I will have this welded if requested. It does not leak. The unit holds 9psi throughout the rpm range all the way to redline
Pic3: Gates Green Stripe Belt, GatorBack (brand new) and a Brando (I think) Belt.
Pic4: The supercharger unit. The clutch is 100% functional.
Pic5: Intake to throttle body ported for 1zz throttle body. Gaskets for both the 1zz and 1nz throttle bodies are included. The Blitz fuel controller
Pic6: Intake manifold with damaged gasket. I will either provide the material for you to make a gasket or make a replacement gasket for the buyer. The buyer has this choice.

If you are interested let me know and feel free to ask any questions if you are unsure of anything or just a curious window shopper.
As I said I rather sell this to this community as my way of giving back to the folks that have help me in the past.

I must apologise that I do not have any install pics of the Supercharger unit as my phone was destroyed. The best i can provide is this incomplete install with the air filter cover upside down for test purposes. This S/C unit can use the stock air box (which is what i was using it with) or another bolt-in yaris intake.

Also are there any members (the great CTScott or Cranky) that can confirm or deny if this would work on a USA or Canadian yaris. Please give a reason as i dont want to sell something dishonestly as I believe it will work.

I have received quotes for $90USD and $110USD for shipping to Canada and USA respectively. Shipping time is 3-5 working days with tracking.
Therefore I am asking $900 USD plus shipping.
Someone needs a Supercharger for the new year?

Do you think this would work on a 2006 automatic yaris?

I believe it will. I had it in my 2007 JDM Vitz RS. The kit seems to be the same kit available in America.
PM me if you are interested to exchange details.

From what I've read, the alternator and idler pulley bracket is different. You also have a different throttle body (and bolt pattern), so it's not 100% bolt on. Finding the right parts to do the swap from 2nd to 1st gen is very tough.

Edit: I should have looked more closely. Yes, this should fit on a 2nd gen without modifications.

Actually, a JDM 2006 is a 2nd gen. If you look at his pictures the throttle body is 4 bolt, where the 1st gen were 3 bolt.

The supercharger intake pipe is circular which is what is seen on the 1st gens however there is a 4 bolt throttle body flange for the dbw throttle bodies.
Once installed the throttle body does point upward like the 2nd gens.
I will take some pics tonight of the supercharger installed on a spare 2nd gen engine I have.

Anyone know it that will work on a 2012? If so, how hard would it be to make it work with a stock fuel system? I was under impression they needed a piggy back

Happy new year yarisworld!

As far as I believe the 2007 and 2012 have the same engines so this kit will bolt up to the 2012 engine. These blitz kits are designed to use the stock fuel system unless the vehicle has modifications such as intake and/or exhaust work, 1zz throttle body etc. The blitz piggyback is included with the kit (see the little black box in the 5th pic of post #1) although I don't know how compatible it will be for a 2012 ecu and remember this kit is missing the throttle switch and relay to activate the clutch on the supercharger that is why I was using a greedy emanage blue piggyback system.

I am also open to reasonable offers and providing any assistance for you to acquire this kit.

KTS, if you have Facebook. There's a Yaris group that would scoop this up quickly. I'm not going to have the funds unfortunately anytime soon because of family stuff, so I wish you the best of selling it.

That's understandable. Do you happen to know the name of that Facebook group? Thanks a lot for the heads up.

I'm 100% positive your charger came from a Scion xA / xB and it just happens to have a Yaris manual. A little misleading if someone is going to purchase this kit so you might mention this at the top.

I agree with what you are saying. The manual is what I downloaded of the Internet but everything in the manual is similar to what the kit has. The kit was adapted by its previous owner to work on the yaris i.e. change the throttle body from 3 bolt dbc to 4 bolt dbw. Everything else as far as I remember concerning the install is exactly like the 2nd Gen yaris i.e. the brackets, washers, bolts.

I got the intake manifold back from the shop. I am pleased with the repair work.
I will also include this autometer RPM switch will a 3000rpmm moule pill or a JEGS adjustable RPM switch I bought from SummitRacing that can be used to activate the supercharger and Blitz fuel module. This RPM switch is used instead of the throttle position switch.
This set up as shown in the wiring diagram did not work for me as my JDM ecu was leaning out the tune IMMEDIATELY (not after a day, a week or a month but while as soon as i was in boost for more than 5 seconds it went stoich. I was able to overcome this by removing the 1st oem o2 sensor but then the car ran rich even out of boost. Hence I ended up using a Greedy Emanage Blue as I was familiar with it as opposed to an AEM FIC which is common here on yarisworld.
One correction made to my wiring diagram is the Pink wire on the Blitz Fuel Controller was connected to the the OBD port instead of the ecu as shown.

If I had the money i'll definitely buy it for sure.... I want to S/C my coupe

it still needs some work under the engine though. I don't think it will be a good idea to supercharge/turbocharge a 225k mile motor at this moment. what you guys think?

Huh 225k on the motor I don't know how wise it mite be to turbo/supercharge. My 2007 vitz RS is only doing less than 60,000km.

don't know either. Maybe a rebuild might help at first.

Wish you good luck finding a buyer. Pretty decent kit you have there.

I'm interested in buying but I would like to find a way to run this without a separate engine managment. Is there a way to use the blitz fuel controller box? You said tried using the box with the jegs switch but it ran too rich off boost. Is there a way to get this running properly using the fuel controller box? Also are you able to accept PayPal?

I ran too rich because I had to remove the oem o2 sensor. It seemed that my JDM ecu is more determined than the USDM ecu to keep the car stoic. With the oem o2 sensor as soon as I went into boost my aem afr gauge went into the 11's for about 2 seconds then went back to high 14's. This happened with the blitz fuel controller and even with the greddy emanage blue hence the reason I had to remove my OEM o2 sensor which sets the ecu to run the engine excessive rich all the time.

What's missing from my kit are
1. The blitz relay which is what it is a relay and
2. The throttle switch which activates the clutch on the supercharger producing boost. Hence why I have a jegs use switch ($50 usd).

Cranky Oldman has a schematic somewhere on yarisworld here of the throttle switch. With that it's possible to reproduce a throttle activation without having to buy one.

I hope this helps you decide for or against purchasing this unit. Enjoy

From where I am in Trinidad and Tobago, I was given a quote of 110 USD to ship to any of the lower 48 states. I was told a tracking number will be provided and will take 3-4 days. Therefore the final price will be 810 USD shipped to USA.
