I have a 12 Yaris SE, rear disc brakes of course.
This is what I have,
Tanabe sustec coilovers (not installed)
White line 22mm rear sway bar ( not installed)
White line 14mm front camber bolts (not installed)
What do I need to buy to ensure a proper alignment for the front and rear together? Do I need camber shims?
Should I install the camber bolts when I put the coil overs on or let the Toyota dealer install them?
Does anyone know part number for energy suspension front sway bar bushings? My car has 53k miles so I'm sure they are okay, but like to have them on hand.

If you want more negative camber than stock, then install the camber bolts prior to sending it for alignment and tell the shop what camber you want. If you just want to reduce tire wear for normal driving, you are probably fine without the camber bolts (but bring them along for when the alignment is done just in case).
Rear camber shims are not required, and far as I have seen the only ones available are plastic (which are not safe).

Would you have any suggestions for what to tell them to set the front camber on with the white line bolts? I have really no idea what would be ideal. I like to take turns aggressively and wouldn't mind getting into some autocrossing with the car but that is about it for now.
Thank you!

You're probably going to want -2.0° to -2.5° camber up front. -2.5° is going to be around max the bolts will get you. If you drive hard and autoX, this will help reduce outside edge wear and make the car faster. If you don't drive hard, you may see some uneven tire wear.
Cheers.

The front camber bolts are white line brand, part # KCA414.
I didn't order any shims, CoryM didn't recommend to get any.

I was just looking at the info on the bolts, why do they say the max they will give is 1.5 degrees camber? Anyone know?

White lines site said 1.75 degrees of camber for their bolts. I'm not ordering another set at this point. So I'll just ask for the most negative camber they can set it on when I get it aligned for the front.

That is typically for an installation only utilizing a single crash bolt per strut, if you want more camber you need to install two per strut. If you are daily driving the car and just looking to make it more sporty, stick with a single bolt maxed out. If you are setting up for the track get a pair at start at -3.

Cool, thanks Jason! I'm new to camber adjustments, does it matter if the single bolt is at the top or bottom when doing just one?

For a single bolt I would put it at the top, use the OE bolt on the bottom.
Also keep in mind the advertised spec on the box is the range of adjustment, not the finished product. If your car is +0.5 camber stock, and bolt allows for +/-1.75 adjustment, best case you will have -1.25.

The Whiteline bolts sure look like reboxed SPC bolts. Funny that they have a different range spec. Cam bolts are intended to be put in the top holes. As mentioned, just put the one pair in and go from there. Most people won't need more than that.

Should be the bottom

I certainly hope these bolts are at least made from a better material than OEM. I guess it might be ok to run a bolt like this for regular road driving, but on a track under heavy loading......lets just say I'd be a little more concerned about that crash bolt sheering off due to less material.
Then again, my concern could be totally unfounded. At any rate, definitly go spend some extra cash to get the good stuff, and avoid cheap knock-offs.

They always specify the top. It gives better angles, and may have less force on it.

Invader166: Cam bolts hold up fine on track and at autoX (where loading is typically higher). Personally I'm not comfortable that two bolts are safe (and they do specify to only use one set), but I believe Jason runs two in his racecars with no issues.
Cheers.
