She loses tire pressure faster than most cars I've owned ... down 3 psi from the last time I checked only ~4 months ago ... yeah the cold weather is a contributor.

Successfully reset the TPMS

Fronts 32 psi
Rears 29 psi

I do a lot of VERY HIGH SPEED driving on my road trips, so tire pressure is important to me.

oh yeah HAPPY NEW YEAR to you ...

... even you i3 haters :middlefinger:

luckily for you the i3 lease ends soon :slice:

Hi from Australia. I have been following your road trip photos and animated GIFs. Hope these will continue during 2017.

Happy new year to all.

wow the i3 is ugly in every color. LOL why do you choose such low tire pressures?

dont know yet

wife wants the mercedes cla250

the huge BMW incentives are no longer there

no more very attractive leases
no more 1 occupant car pool lane sticker
no more $2500/ $7500 fed tax deduction
poor dealer inventory

and no matter what cool new car i have i always want something different

why?

ok and? That is a suggestion for what toyota ran the stock tires for all their testing, not necessarily what will give you the best results for how you use your car. Higher pressure gets better gas mileage, it just depends on what you are looking for.

Thinking I may save gas, I once overinflated my tyres by just a few pounds... and found my car bounced around like a basketball! Like justanotherdrunk, I simply follow the manufacturer's cold pressure recommendations and that seems to work very well overall. I don't have the TPMS in my alloy wheels, so I check my tyre pressure regularly.
