new and got a few questions

hi, just got a yaris (usdm) and looking for a body kit or lip kit for it.....by the looks of it, some lip kits will fit, the front and rear (non jdm rs type bumper) but i was wondering if the sides fit the 3dr hb compared to the 5dr hb....

also anyone can get ahold of the oem hid vitz headlamps from japan or thailand?

the led tails are easy to get ahold of right?

Heya,

From what we know:

1) front and rear skirts will not fit, USDM yarii have deeper bumpers because of some low speed crash safety regulation or other. Side skirts will fit, the size of the body itself is the same.

2) OEM HID headlamps from Japan or Thailand are a problem, as US cars are LHD, the beam pattern is oriented in a certain way, and it would be the opposite on a JDM/Thai car, hence you'd blind oncoming drivers, very unsafe. People have looked into headlights from Taiwan as they are also LHD there, but AFAIK nothig has come of it yet.

3) LED tails, several vendors here can get them, take a look in the sponsors classifieds section.

can anyone get the front and rear? bumper replacements off a japan rs? or maybe the ts? only clearance problems right? so it could bolt right on?
