I bought the kit that Scott McClure puts together "06-08 CC Kit w/out Indicator" (http://www.yarisworld.com/forums/showthread.php?t=33750). It includes the clutch switch if yours is a manual transmission.
Sadly my '07 Yaris RS got totalled before I could install it.
I paid $88 USD ($121.83 CAD).
