Hey everyone.
I bought a Tranzit Blu HF FM Modulator and I'm currently trying to figure out how to wire it to my car (I have a Canadian 2007 sedan Yaris with no aux input harness).
What I plan on doing is T splicing (example (https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-FX5n0wprwaE/VE6RcmuhP3I/AAAAAAAARrI/cHy_Xb2ifuc/s1600/T%2BJoint.jpg)) the 12v fm modulator wire on the radio harness 12v wire (12v acc blue wire) and do the same with the modulator neutral and the radio ground wire (Black/White chassis ground wire).
Do you guys think that would work? I think it would probably be fine for the 12v wire, but what about the neutral?
Would I be at risk of overloading the circuit? I don't think that the FM modulator (Tranzit Blu Hf ISFM2351) uses much power but I couldn't find any information about its power consumption online.
