Btw, that's a small house there, how old is the area? Looks like about 60-70 years old to me?

lolll in like 3 days where I am in Quebec, we had snow + icy rain + snowstorm/blizzard + rain for a total of 20-30 cm of snow with a 2 cm of ice on top
