discount tires? you know why they're discount, don't you? What are you saying? Have you heard or suspect that the tires and/or wheels are seconds? returns? inept spin balancing?

I've bought three or four sets of tires from them for myself and various family members. I've had nothing but good experiences with them. Well, they broke a hubcap once, but paid for a replacement. They'll fix a leaky tire for free, even if you didn't buy it from them. They'll rotate your tires for free, too. They're a great company, in my experience.

NTB, and sister company Tire Kingdom are having a "Buy 2, Get 2 Free" sale. I hate how these promo's always come when I'm broke.

Yup. Great prices, no taxes/fees, and free shipping on every order. Plus, a very good selection of quality products and the best customer service experience in the business. And... ridiculous sales events like the current offering! Is that what you're taking about?

I've never had a good experience with discount tire. they refuse to do what I ask, (am I not the customer?) they've lost lug nuts, they loose valve stem caps, they try to replace metal valve stems, scratched wheels, improper balancing, etc. I would rather go to the dirty Mexican shops with their crowbars and hand-crank wheel balancers... I've been to discount tires in phoenix AZ, mesa AZ, gj CO, gs CO, Longmont CO, Lafayette CO, and one in Denver. they are all the same. I find a local shop now. i'll pay the extra $20 for better service

^^^ I've never been to a brick and mortar location. I've ordered wheels several times and tyres dozens of times. My experience with discounttiredirect since 2007 has been a solid 10/10.
