Anybody with a blitz supercharger have the check engine flashing and the car go into safe mode sometimes during a longer highway drive? The light flashes and it's very low on power but when the light turns off again the car drives normally again. Anyone else encounter something similar? The codes stored in memory are cylinder misfire or random misfire but while the light flashes the engine doesn't sputter at all

That means you're in limp mode. I've had that a few times, mostly because of vacuum leaks around the intake manifold. Get a can of brake cleaner and spray small amounts around the intake manifold and see where it surges. That's where your leak is. Be very careful about over tightening the bolts--I sheared one off in the block, basically ruining the engine.

I thought something similar so I took some brake clean and sprayed everywhere there's a gasket while the car was running with no bogging whatsoever. Also recently I came up with a engine too rich code which makes me think it might not be an intake leak after all.

I have just purchased a kit but it was missing the throttle switch and activation box and in its place was a rpm switch set to 3000 rpm. The problem with this setup is when it im at highway cruising speed using very little throttle to maintain speed and 3000rpm is reached the supercharger kicks on and a Rich condition occurs causing the car to go into limp mode. If I hammer the throttle this issue never occurs. I feel like the lack of the throtttle switch and activation box may be causing this issue. Does anybody have any input on what I can do to work around this problem??

what injectors are you running? other mods on the car?

I got the activation box and throttle switch from crankyoldman and the issue sorted itself out. I think the issue was having very little throttle application and gas being thrown in. Mods wise it's completely stock except the supercharger
