I have found many, many options on amazan(Canada)but looking for opinions from yaris users. From what I have read the lens/housing can play a big role in how these perform.
I have tinted windows and dont'/can't even backup at night.I am a back in person allways except at night since having windows tinted.
I have converted my headlights-fogs and brake/running(RED)lights and am very pleased...so far.
Thanks for any opinions/suggestions.
Update:
I will post opinion/review once these arrive next week.

I posted the American Amazon because it has more reviews.
These are $20.00 CAD btw.

Honestly, the reverse light don't really do anything than tell the person behind that you are backing up.
If you want bright, 50w halogen or HID.
If you are living in pitch dark areas and really could use of some light, I'd install rear spotlight. Haha

I'm not a fan of those chip sets used in the ones you got. I'd much prefer 5050 or 3030 chips (really, any of the more recent/new chips).
VLEDs are really good, but just really expensive (I have them in my front turn signals for the Yaris, and rear turn signals for the FR-S).
I got some cheap 1156 bulbs for the OEM Yaris taillights:

Ended up replacing the tails for rep RS tails, and got some cheap 7440 with 3030 chips:

Not that much of a difference from the filament bulb aside from smoother spread and more foreground lighting. I'm sure the VLEDs HO reverse light bulbs would make a bigger difference.
Got some 921 bulbs from TRS (Acme brand) for the FR-S:
OEM:

OEM vs TRS:

And in case you're wondering about VLED's bulbs, here are the rear turn signals for the FR-S, OEM vs VLEDs' HVA bulbs:
https://scontent.fsnc1-5.fna.fbcdn.net/v/t1.0-9/15822995_10212152782161117_7037981753508057590_n.j pg?oh=31dab5bc06d1877e24c00c56fa4b0787&oe=5942AC14
And before I moved the bulbs from the rear to the front turn signals, again OEM vs VLEDs' HVA.

^^^ Those are great!
I was looking for brighter rear turn signal bulbs for my 2010 Camry. That car has red lenses... and the turn signals are practically invisible, especially on a sunny day.

May want to stick with a white LED in that case (might then make your turn signals look a little more pink). VLEDs HO white series may be right for you.

I have some Hikari T10's coming and am gonna try those to replace my 912 halogens.
I am so far happy with Hikari H11's in my fogs and also have H4's arriving today after testing H11 in my fogs for a week.
Not promoting Hikari, but they had a lot of reviews on Amazon for headlamp bulbs, and seemed to have latest chipset and glowing Japan reviews in 14 and 15, so....I gave em a shot and so far so good.
