I love it, loved my 2007 Yaris Sedan, but this is amazing.
Everyone loves it, especially the interior quality and the features.
I know it is actually built by Mazda, but I love my car.

Congrats. Since you had a Barcelona red '07, would have thought you would have gone for pulse instead of graphite. hehe. Remember, your pre-collision is good up to 15 or 18 mph iirc. Make sure it's also turned on (it's under a weird name in the settings).

Congrats. I like the looks of the iA except for the Toyotafied front end. I wish they would have kept the Mazda front fascia.

Congrats on the NEW car!
The Mazda2 (Demio) is a nice little sedan. It's really too bad what Toyota did to the front fascia.

Congratulations on the iA. Your pics captured the better-looking angles of the car. Hopefully Toyota will rethink/refresh the front design in the next model year. I've seen some pretty sharp trunk lip spoilers for the iA out there. Toyota/Mazda actually makes a good-looking OEM one for the iA, but it has to be ordered from other markets to get it, since they (as usual) seem to hate their North American market buyers.
Below is an interesting thread to check out on the iA forums. Hopefully, Mazda will fix whatever build/quality problems they are having with their plant in Mexico, as I would blow a gasket if my Yaris developed some of the serious issues mentioned - especially when the new car is in the first year or so of ownership.

Interesting to see someone making the switch. I've gotten to the point where i'm commuting daily for work and are potencially in the market for a new car.
I'll be bringing in my '09 hatch for its regular service next week and i'll probably be grabing a Yaris iA (Yaris Sedan here in Canada) out for a test drive.
I have been reading about the car a bit, and how it shares the same engine as a European MX-5. Yet somehow the iA's redline is only 6400 RPM vs the MX-5's 7500 RPM redline? I wonder why that is...

congrats on the new whip, hope you enjoy it!
I find the trend with small cars is bigger wheel arches which make the car have a larger look but it makes the tires look little

nop isnīt the reflection of the flash
There is a light under the mirror, it turns on when you open-cloose the car. Just to see the floor before you step out or in, in darkness ?
