Dent by the windshield frame

Hey all,
I'd like your help with something i can't figure out.
About 3 years ago I had an idiot boyfriend who punched
with his fist the windshield frame. I'll put pics so you
can understand what I mean by frame.

Some of you would say to bang it from behind. That's not an option because the behind is you'll see the pics.

Any suggestions?

I have a similar dent on mine. Was hit by a 2x4 10years ago.

I never thought about fixing it.

Hey IllusionX,
I'm trying to fix all my car's issues but this one is the most annoying.
The thing is it started to rust on the side and I don't want it to spread. =/
