Yeah I have one but I have Turbo-Cat-Borla. It sounds really good but somewhat different than the NA setup. It's pretty quiet with the turbo in the way.

Oh also forgot I have a 1-⅜" restrictor plate after the cat too. So that made it even quieter.

Yup. I've always had it. I didn't find it particularly loud.

My OCD is kicking in. It's a tad off-center. ;)

They're all stainless so I doubt it's rusted. From the outside it was definitely louder than inside the car. My perspective was from driving it with the windows up.

The connection isn't leaking is it? I think I remember a bit of a resonance frequency around 2800-3200 rpm but it wasnt terrible IMO. And I have no rear seats.

Make sure the from pipe inst cracked. Mine developed a leak inside of the extra brace that supports the front hanger

Usually mufflers don't rust that easily on the inside. However if there was water inside, it is probably rusting.

Once saw a guy with a high-pressure waterpump doing a car wash and as he cleaned the exhaust tip he directly pointed into the exhaust. You don't wanna do that haha.

The fiberglass packing inside will burnout over time, changes the sound and noise level.

that makes sense...

so when cold, i turned the car on and put my hands over the exhaust to see if there were leaks...couldnt hear any...

might need to swap out the actual muffler...

every time your exhaust pipe warms up/cools down, there is water inside your exhaust. water condensates from the air with the change of temperature. it is unavoidable in a combustion engine...
