Nitto midpipe, throttle body swap

I'm looking for either a nitto midpipe, or the parts needed to swap throttle bodies in my 2012 Yaris LB.

i have a ported manifold with a custom throttle body spacer i'd let go for $100+shipping.
Throttle body not included. (pull&pay or equivelant, $35-ish)
spacer is made of a laminated cloth material. extremely dense. looks like wood, HA!

spacer is mounted to manifold, correct length bolts included!
