Man that thing makes some serious shade. On a hot sunny day you can sit your lawn chairs back there and have some iced tea.

exhaust is comming off.... not happy with the look... it came from ebay... it is custom bent 2 inch from the cat back.... it going to be redone iwth 2.25 from the header back with 2 resinators (no cats) a flowmaster 40 series and carbon fibor tips center mounted (to keep with my black theme)

Here's my $.02 after rallying the crap out of my Yaris this weekend in the East Bay Hills... this is my "Hit List" of simple fun mods:
-Weapon R (or Chino, Fujita, etc) Cold Air Intake- $215 Approx
-TEIN or Wtanabe Lowering springs- $159-200 Approx
-Wheels and Tires (Vary, look for Closeouts on Tire Rack) $800-2000
-Lightened Pulley (ZPI or others) $85 - $120
-Cat back exhaust (ZPI)- $199.00 SPECIAL http://www.zeropointracing.net
You will have looks, more zip, great sound and be a happy dude!! That spoiler looks pretty outrageous (in a good way, I have the little lip on mine, because I like understated).
If you are serious about AutoX or track days, go coil-overs. They perform much better when hot and have a wide range of adjustment. Or, if you like really hitting the NC twisites.

ahhh...was thinking of getting some sort of exhaust tip or something...like the look of the double..
Does the spoiler have a break light going across the top?
Elroy

nope...the brake light is still in the top of the window....

springs are always cheaper than coilovers and are usually less stiff. coilovers are pricey, but offer adjustability for dampening (some companies) and ride height. they are usually stiffer than springs.
the Tein S.Tech springs are one of the more expensive springs out, but are more stiffer than Tanabe springs. if you don't want to spend a lot, then go with Tanabe. if you have at least 70 bucks more, go with Tein. i'm pretty sure either way you go, you'll be happy.
now if you were to get struts/shocks and springs, i'd save up a couple more Benjamin's and get a set of coilovers.

go with the Tanabe DF's. a lot of members here are using them, but some say their tires rub a little. they're relatively cheap to. check out the vendors here, they have good prices. i bought my Tein springs from promotion here. pretty sure he has killer prices on Tanabe's.

no clue why some members rub. they complain that the rear rubs a little.

YamilR...what did they run? Did you put them on? If so, was it difficult?

I paid $155 and installed them myself. If you have a little knowledge with tools and using Chris07LB DIY as reference it was a breeze

Yeah, I have coilovers that are still breaking in (Megan Racing) and I can say, while the car handles amazingly... there is a TON of set-up you should do... ride height and dampening adjustment new, then re-setting after break-in and spring settling... the biggest disadvantage to Megan coil-overs (but the handling advantage) is the lack of negative travel, or float.
When you are in the city, and you go over a pot-hole or uneven surface, your suspension actually gains travel by extending into the hole, and allowing a longer compression stroke to absorb more of the bump or hole.
Coil over's don't have this (as a result the car bob's and sways very little and reamains firmly planted). Anyhow, in the end, the Tanabe springs will suit 85% of all people's street needs, TEIN's if you really like to push it and Coils for very smooth areas or track applications. Coil's with 17's is a hard ride...
If you invite over a friend who knows a little about cars, it's not too difficult... the rears are a piece of cake.. the front is a bit harder... you need a good floor jack and 2 jackstands as well.
