Lap belt mount??

I'm looking into installing a 3" lap belt for and upcoming autocross. I've installed an eye hook on the outer factory belt bolt hole, but can't seem to find a good spot for easily installing one for the inner side. I've seen in previous threads where some of you have installed belts, but no pics of where you put it. I think I could use this from BK Auto
