The Yari Train

I don't see very many Yaris on the road usually, but this morning I saw a lively little pale light blue stock L/LE 2012-2014 gen hatch and started following it, since it was going my way (it really is a handsome little car, and I LOVE that color). I tend to leave a bit of of space between myself and cars ahead of me, and about a mile into my pursuit of the other Yari, a black 2007-2008 S Yaris sedan (nice OEM body kit, tinted windows, trunk lip spoiler, black 16/17" aftermarket wheels - very sweet!) passes me on the left, cuts in between me and the other Yaris in front of me and now the three of us are heading west/south into Phoenix as sequential group. Then, I look in my rear view mirror not even 30 secs later and what do I see? A 2nd gen bright-sapphire blue Yaris hatch is now bringing up the rear behind me. It was somewhat surreal, and the 4 of us did the Yaris train for a few miles together. :w00t:

before i bought mine, i never would see them. now i see them all the time, but never more than 1 at a time...

That's pretty cool! I usually only see one or two but never driven in a spontaneous group like that before. There's a red 09ish hatch that's in my area that's modded but I never see him when I'm in my Yaris. There's also a silver 07ish hatch with a full kaminari kit around me but he doesn't want to be my friend haha.
