PErhaps one of the best things you can do to your handling, if you push really hard in corners, is to replace your stock camber bolt to a adjustable one. I have set mine to -1.5 degrees, vs the stock angle of -0.5 deg.
Immediately noticeable would be higher sustained cornering speed. Previously, the tyre would just roll on its sidewalls when pushed too hard into a corner. Now it just bites hard into the tarmac. But watch it, the front will bite so hard that the rear starts to lose it before the front.

Do you find them hard to change up on the fly? I was thinking about this for the autocross, but want something that is easy to change between street and track.

anyone have the alignment stock alignment specs for our car? I want to do some suspension tweeks, but no alignment shop has specs for 07's yet except the dealership, and they want am arm and a leg to align a car...

do you realy think that is the only angle adjustable?
there is toe, camber, caster-front and rear...gotta make sure the thrust angle is right... I was asking for the specs for the car so I can throw it on a rack, other than a dealer, so I can set the front and rear camber slightly negative, but keep the toe and caster dead on
