Hey all,

I have posted around here enough, I figured I should make a post of my car so I can update it as I modify it further.

I own a 2012 Yaris 3dr 5spd, that I purchased as a cheap and reliable daily driver. This car is a big change from my previous rides, in that it is not at all sporty, but it gives me a chance to try a low and slow build instead of a more performance orientated build as I have done with previous cars. So far I love it, cruising in it is relaxing and worry free.

Here are the mods I have done so far, it will grow over time however. My goal is to have a relatively clean look, that also trolls car enthusiasts slightly.

Performance:

- AFE intake
- Tein S Tech Springs
- Microimage transmission short shift kit
- Microimage cable bracket
- Microimage in cabin short shift kit
- TWM cable bushings
- TWM base bushings
- TWM short shift lever
- DIY spacers to lift up shift cage
- DIY mountain bike shift knob

Cosmetic:
- Rota Slipstreams 15x6.5 in royal bronze
- VMS spike lug nuts
- DIY hood spacers
- FormFit Hood protector
- Yakima twotimer hitch rack.
- Various stickers

Interior/Audio:
- Alpine digital media receiver
- 55sq ft of SoundSkins sound deadener

I will update with new posts as I make progress. Next up is a Yakima roof rack with custom wood cargo platform, then the sound system.

Thanks,
Matt

Nice! How are you liking both short throw shift kits?

I love it, but it is actually three kits. Both Microimage kits plus a twm kit, and I further shortened the twm kit.

1st to neutral is less than one inch, and the whole thing is extremely notchy. Total win in my book!
