What is the deal with the 2015 bumpers? They seem to pop off the fenders really easy. I glued one side with RTV clear silicone but this is BS that it comes off. I have seen other Yaris' that even used screws but I don't want to do that.

I have a 2015 rear bumper that has slipped a bit on one side. Still looking for a more elegant solution than screws.

Sadly, that's what they do. The bumper design is really stupid. I had to glue my 2014 and my wife's 2012 so they wouldn't pop off the corners.

I haven't had this issue yet thankfully. I remember reading somewhere over a year ago that there was a bulletin or recall on certain production run 2015-2016 Yaris for faulty bumper clips/mounts or something.
Even though I bought my Yaris in July/Aug of 2015, the factory build date was in late 2014. It was probably one of first batches of this refresh generation Yaris from France, and ended up sitting around on a dealer lot in Colorado Springs, CO for 9-10 months before I finally bought it. I usually hate buying new designs/refreshes in their first debut year, expecting more problems with them, but I've been lucky thus far.

then people will think you are a race car...

I think it was me that posted. I have yet to get it resolved. It irritates me to no end. Both front and back bumpers will pop off. I duct tapped the back bumper on the passenger side per the dealer. It's still duct tapped nearly a freaking year later. I call and am told they are trying to get the parts. I have to go to the dealer this week to pay for a 3rd brake light assembly and I hope they will have this figured out.

Was wondering if anyone ever found a solution to this. I bought my 2015 Yaris back in march and the rear bumper separating drives me crazy. Thought I was gunna just have to replace it so feels a little better to know I'm not alone with this issue!
Thanks

I used clear RTV silicone and taped it up overnight and it seems to be holding well and it looks OK.

I'll try to remember to post a picture tomorrow of my rear bumper separation so you can see how "bad" it is. I'm wondering if it would look better to just leave it as-is rather than try to fix it. It's more of a problem that bugs me as the owner, but you wouldn't notice it unless I pointed it out. Thanks for your response!
