I dont think its serious but I bet its common. Its happens while driving and its not regular it occurs at irregular intervals. I experimented and it happens while parked with the engine running. But only with the auto transmission in D. I dont think it happens in P or N.
Go out right now and try it!:biggrin: Its not very loud but it is there...:confused:
I heard it all the way from NJ to AK and back in 2011. Very unnerving in desolate areas but not a problem in NJ.
Its actually not quite a squeek more like a whistle or moan and very faint and comes and goes. Sometimes it does it and for a while it doesnt.
