Front suspension noise

My 2012 yaris makes a odd noise that i cant figure out. Whenever i go over a speed bump or large quick dip in the road i get a sort of groan /creak noise coming from the front. So i have gone under the car and sprayed all rubber bushings that i can see with Wurth Multi lubricant to see if it calms down . It has not though. I have taken it to our local mechanic and he checked to see for loose bolts and the likes, but could not find anything. Has anyone had experience with this and what could the possible reasons be?

Is this a known problem with the front suspension? I had a slight suspicion it could be the mount or the bearing but am not sure still. Its the oddest noise, first time ive heard it in any car ive driven.

a dried out ball joint can make a groaning sound but that's pretty unlikely. Probably the strut mount.
