We are looking for CHHAs, LVNs, and RNs to join our hospice team in Canoga Park, CA.
CHHAs
Must possess valid CNA certification, HHA certification, driver's license, social security, car insurance, recent TB & physical, nursing insurance, and valid CPR. 2+ years hospice experience and willing to travel. Experience in HospiceMD preferred.
LVNs
Must possess valid LVN license, driver's license, social security, car insurance, recent TB & physical, nursing insurance, and valid CPR. 2+ years hospice experience and willing to travel. Experience in HospiceMD preferred. Positions available: visiting nurse and CC nurse. Also looking for LVN with QA experience.
RNs
Must possess valid LVN license, driver's license, social security, car insurance, recent TB & physical, nursing insurance, and valid CPR. 2+ years hospice experience and willing to travel. Experience in HospiceMD preferred. Positions available: Director of Nursing with experience in hospice compliance. Also, looking for field RNs who can do SOCs and supervisory visits.
