MK3 Steering Bushing Sizes

As far as the bushings I'm not sure.
Looking through the parts manual, I see two parts that need to be swapped for sport steering. The rack and the power steering ecu.

What I'm unsure of and hopefully someone else can chime in, is whether or not swapping the power steering ecu is plug and play, or if a dealer visit would be needed.
